These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IBPL (Indian Board of Practical Learning) platform, operated by Spyxpo Technologies Private Limited. By accessing or using our website, student portal, admin panel, AI teachers, face verification system, or HomeKit ordering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling a student, or using any part of the IBPL platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are enrolling a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on their behalf. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

IBPL provides an in-home, AI-powered education platform that includes:

  • ▸AI-generated teacher personas powered by Google Gemini, each with unique personalities, teaching styles, and realistic voices via ElevenLabs TTS.
  • ▸Live face verification using AI/ML to authenticate student identity before each learning session.
  • ▸Personalized curriculum, progress tracking, attendance management, and performance analytics.
  • ▸HomeKit delivery service — physical learning kits for robotics, electronics, 3D printing, and other hands-on courses shipped directly to your home.

3. User Accounts

The platform supports two primary roles: Students and Administrators. Accounts are created by authorized administrators or through the enrollment process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account. IBPL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. AI Teachers & Content

All teachers on the IBPL platform are AI-generated personas powered by Google Gemini AI. They are not real human teachers. Each AI teacher has a unique name, personality, teaching style, and voice designed to create an engaging learning experience.

Educational content is generated and curated by AI systems. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. IBPL does not guarantee that all content is error-free and recommends that students and guardians use supplementary resources where appropriate.

5. Face Verification & Attendance

By using the platform, you consent to the use of live face verification technology for identity authentication and attendance tracking. Students must complete face verification before each learning session begins.

Face verification data is used solely for the purpose of confirming student identity. This data is processed in real-time and stored only temporarily — it is not retained permanently on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how face data is handled.

Attempting to bypass or manipulate the face verification system (e.g., using photos, videos, or proxy attendance) is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

6. HomeKit Orders & Payments

Students may order physical HomeKit learning kits through the platform. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and payment policies.

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. HomeKits must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after the returned kit is received and inspected. Opened or damaged kits are not eligible for refunds.

Delivery: HomeKits are shipped to the address provided during enrollment. Delivery timelines vary based on location and availability. IBPL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or incorrect address information provided by the user.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, AI teacher personas, branding, logos, and designs on the IBPL platform are the intellectual property of Spyxpo Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights over its content or technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

The IBPL platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spyxpo Technologies Private Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall IBPL, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, educational outcomes, or interruption of service.

9. Termination

IBPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may also request account termination by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and any outstanding HomeKit orders may be cancelled.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. By using the platform, you consent to this jurisdiction and venue.
